PROCESS
1. ENROLL
Fill out the FSP Enrollment Form or email ty@replicacanvas.com to get started.
2. SEND PHOTOS AND ROSTERS
Send one photo of each team along with a list of numbers (or quantity) needed for each team.
3. APPROVE DESIGNS
Our design team creates a mock-up for each team for your approval.
4. SUBMIT PAYMENT
Either submit payment via credit card or send a Purchase Order to complete the order.
